BERRY-BANANA SOY SHAKE
( makes 2 cups [500ml], preparation time:5 mins)
Strawberries and banana combine with soy in a creamy shake that not only
tastes good, it's good for you too. Soy beverages are available in the
dairy case of most super-markets or health-food stores.
1 small ripe banana, peeled and sliced 1
1/2 cup hulled, sliced strawberries 125ml
1 cup non-dairy soy beverage 250ml
1/2 tsp vanilla 2 ml
In blender (not food processor), combine banana and straberries, blend
until fairly smooth. Add soy beverage and vanilla; blend until smmoth
and creamy. Pour into glasses, top with a strawberry and enjoy.
