Green Velvet Cake
½ cup butter,softened
1½ cups sugar
2 Tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon green food coloring
1 ts Baking soda
1 cup buttermilk
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon salt
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Mix well. Dissolve baking soda in buttermilk.
Alternately add flour, cocoa, salt and buttermilk, beginning and ending with the flour.
Gently stir in green food coloring. Pour into two 8-inch pans, greased and floured. Bake
at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until tested done.

1 package (8-ounce) cream cheese, softened
4 cups confectioners' sugar
