Title: Michael Knoell's Potato Soup

Yield: 7 Servings
2 Cloves Garlic
1 cn Evaporated Milk
Slice Onions, peel and cut Onions, crush garlic. Put onions and
garlic into pressure cooker. Add enough Potatos to fill to fill line.
Add water to fill line. Cover and cook on High for about 5 min after
the weight on top starts shaking. Remove lid. Leaving water in, mash
potatos (I like to mash until there are still small chunks of potato
still intact). Put pot back on med/low heat. Add Evaporated Milk.
Salt and Pepper to taste. Add enough regular milk to thin out a
bit.Let it cook for another 5-10 min. I like to crumble some cheddar
