Melon balls (preferably
Honeydew or persian)
Peeled green grapes
Mint leaves, chopped
Marinate grapefruit, melon balls and grapes for 1/2 an hour in sugar
and a little champagne. chill slightly, after having added a little
chopped mint leaves. Put into hollowed half grapefruits. Add more
champagne just before serving.
