Pumpkin Bread

Yield: 3

3 1/2 c flour
3 1/4 c sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves
4 eggs
1 c cooking oil
2 c pumpkin
1 tsp vanilla
1 c chopped nuts

Put the flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and spices into large mixing bowl. Make a hole in the center and add the eggs, cooking oil, pumpkin and vanilla. Mix well and add nuts. Pour into 3 loaf pans, greased and floured. Bake at 325* for 1 hour.
