Back to School Quick S'mores

Need a quick, after-school snack that will put smiles on their faces?
Why not serve up tasty, gooey S'mores? Don't reserve these treats for campfires - they're easy to do in the microwave. And kids can easily prepare this snack themselves, with no messy clean-up. The name comes from the idea that they're so good, you always want "some more," so better make extras for that envious schoolmate!

Quick S'mores
1 whole graham cracker, broken in half
1 large marshmallow
1 teaspoon hot fudge sauce

1. Place 1/2 of graham cracker on small paper plate or microwavable plate; top with marshmallow.
2. Spread remaining 1/2 of cracker with fudge sauce.
3. Microwave cracker and marshmallow at HIGH 12 to 14 seconds or until marshmallow puffs up. Immediately place remaining cracker, fudge side down, over marshmallow. Press crackers gently to even out marshmallow layer.
Makes 1 serving

Cook's Tip: S'mores can be made the night before and wrapped in plastic wrap or sealed in a small plastic food storage bag. Store at room temperature until ready to pack in your child's lunch box the next morning.
