Popovers
Yield: 6 servings
2 Eggs, well beaten
1 c Flour
Salt
1/2 c Milk
1/2 c Water
Combine eggs, salt, and sifted flour. Add water slowly and beat mixture
vigorously, using egg whip. Add milk, and continue beating until batter is
smooth and bubbly.
Pour batter into smoking hot, well-oiled gem pans. Bake
in hot oven (430 Deg. F) for 40-60 minutes or until light and dry.
