You will need:

• White sugarpaste (rolled fondant)- buy it
• Light blue/pink sugarpaste
• Your choice of colored sugarpaste for baby's skin
• A 4 inch round thin cake board covered in white sugarpaste
• A frill cutter
• A frilling stick or cocktail stick
• A small amount of royal icing - recipe
• An icing bag - buy it
• A number 1 icing tube
• 3mm light blue/pink ribbon
• A piece of tulle or favour net
• Rolling pin
• Dimpled rolling pin
• Ball tool - buy it
• Small curved 'smile' tool
• Small sharp knife
• Small paint brush
• Container of water
• Food coloring for the baby's hair - buy it
• A stiff piece of wire
• White florist tape
• A pair of wire cutters or strong 'cut anything' scissors
• A pair of scissors
