Tip sut-233 for piping the grass
Tip sut-200 for piping the berm of track
Airbrush Colors:
You could simply use colored icing or draw onto the cake if you do not have an airbrush system.
Green for the grass
Black for the raceway

Colored Icing:
White frosting to ice your entire cake, the lines and berm
Red for the top borders
Blue for the bottom borders
Yellow for the track lines
