Tip sdt-21 for piping the shell borders
Tip sut-233 for piping the grass
Tip sdt-4 for piping the dashed lines
Tip sdt-8 for piping the solid white line

Airbrush Colors:
You could simply use colored icing or draw onto the cake if you do not have an airbrush system.
Green for the grass and the people
Black for the raceway and the people
Yellow for the people
Blue for the people
Red for the people

Colored Icing:
White frosting to ice your entire cake and for the dashed and the solid lines
Blue for the shell borders
Yellow for the dashed lines
Green for the grass

Cake Decorating Instructions & Assembly:

Bake and ice your favorite cake.
Airbrush the raceway in black.
Airbrush the grass green.
Airbrush the people in alternating colors.
Pipe the grass with green icing.
Pipe the solid white line with white frosting.
Pipe the dashed white line with white frosting.
Pipe the dashed yellow line with yellow icing.
Pipe the borders with blue icing.
Place decorations on the cake.
