Cake Decorating Tips:
Tip sdt-21 for piping the shell borders
Tip sdt-3 for piping the streamers, the writing and the dots

Colored Icing:
White frosting to ice your entire cake
Red for the streamers and the dots
Yellow for the streamers and the dots
Blue for the streamers and the dots

Cake Decorating Instructions & Assembly:

Bake and ice your favorite cake.
Pipe the writing with red icing.
Pipe alternating colored streamers using red, blue and yellow icing.
Pipe the borders with blue icing.
Pipe alternating dots with red and yellow icing.
Place decorations on the cake.
