Cake Decorating: LEGO Cake Decorating Instructions

You will need the following to decorate your own LEGO Cake:

1 LEGO Cake Decorating Kit - buy it!

includes:
2 Men at Work - Lego Construction Figurines have articulated arms. Jackhammer and shovel are removable. , 1 Lego Banner

Cake Decorating Tips:
Tip sdt-21 for piping the shell borders
Tip sdt-4 for piping the large writing and the traffic cones
Tip sdt-3 for piping the small writing and the rocks
Airbrush Colors:
You could simply use colored icing or draw onto the cake if you do not have an airbrush system.
Brown for the cake surface

Colored Icing:
White frosting to ice your entire cake
Red for the shell borders
Blue for the writing
Yellow for the writing
Orange for the traffic cones
Black for the small writing and the rocks

Cake Decorating Instructions & Assembly:
  • Bake and ice your favorite cake.
  • Airbrush the surface of the cake lightly with brown.
  • Place the decorations on top of the cake.
  • Pipe the rocks around the figurines.
  • Pipe the large writing using blue and yellow icing.
  • Pipe the small writing using black icing.
  • Using orange icing pipe the traffic cones.
  • Pipe the shell borders with red icing.
