The turkey's tail feathers

Roll out your white paste and cut out a round scalloped circle using either a garrett frill cutter or a cookie cutter.

Cut the circle of paste in half using the small knife.

Roll out some yellow paste. Using the same cutter cut out another round scalloped circle.

Dampen the top of one half of the white circle with a little water. Place almost half of the yellow circle on top, slightly short of covering over the white circle entirely.

Trim off the excessive yellow paste, bringing it to level with the straight edge of the white half.
