You can never tell that these cookies are made with pretzels. Everyone loves to eat these cookies!
12 oz bag pretzels
1/4 cup fat free margarine
1/4 cup and 1 1/3 Tbs. plain nonfat yogurt
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Use a food processor to make crumbs out of the pretzels. Make sure you don't dump the bag in because you don't want the salt from the bottom of the bag.
In a large bowl, combine margarine, yogurt, sugar, and vanilla and mix well. Add pretzel crumbs and mix well.
Use your hands to shape cookies from dough using about 2 Tbs. per each one.
