1 1/2 lbs. steak (any cut you like)
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 Cup bourbon
2 Tbs. soy sauce
2 Tbs. water
1 Garlic Clove, crushed
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Place steaks in the bowl covered in plastic wrap or place in
zip lock bag and marinate the steaks for 4 hours or over night.
Oil the grill to prevent sticking. Make sure the coals are hot.
