1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt, optional
1 1/2 cups chopped mixed dried fruit
2/3 cup oatmeal
1/3 cup chopped peanuts
6 eggs
2/3 cup firmly-packed brown sugar
1/2 cup chunk-style peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla

In medium bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt, if desired. Stir in fruit, oatmeal and peanuts. Set aside. In large bowl, beat together eggs, sugar, peanut butter and vanilla until smooth. Stir in reserved flour mixture. Pour into greased quarter sheet baking pan (12 x 8 x 2). Bake in preheated 350F oven until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean, about 20 to 25 minutes. Cut into 12 bars. Remove from pan. Cool on wire rack.
