Pedestal and painting the swan

Using some additional pulled sugar, create a small pedestal to place your swan on.

 

 

 

Using the torch, attach the swan onto the pedestal.

Using a small brush and food coloring, paint the eyes and beak.

Store in airtight container together with calcium carbonate.
