Everything you need to create beautiful wedding cakes. Each style has been designed for fast and easy decorating while offering tasteful elegance.

Before you start:
Using your favorite recipes bake, fill and assemble one 12-inch and one 8-inch cake.

1)    Using ivory Frosting ice the cakes.

2)    Center the pearl rosette trim making sure that the cut ends come together in the back of the cake. Place on both cakes.

3)    Assemble the wedding cake following cake stand assembling instructions.

4)    Pipe a reverse shell on the bottom border of the 12-inch cake using pastry tip #4B.

5)    Pipe a ruffle on the bottom border of both cakes and the inside perimeter of the 8-inch cake using pastry tip #104.

6)    Pipe a reverse shell on the top and bottom borders of both cakes using pastry tip # 21. Pipe the reverse shell just above the ruffle on the bottom  border.

7)    Pipe roses and rosebuds between the columns on the 12- inch cake using pastry tip #104.

8)    Pipe leaves using pastry tip #67.

9)    Place the cherubs on the columns.
