Everything you need to create beautiful wedding cakes. Each style has been designed for fast and easy decorating while offering tasteful elegance.

Before you start:
Using your favorite recipes bake, fill and assemble one 12-inch, two 10-inch, two 8-inch and one 6-inch cake.

1)    Using white frosting ice all the cakes.

2)     Mark lines where scallops should go.
        Mark the 6-inch cake with  6 "V" markings
        Mark the 8-inch cakes with 6 "V" markings
        Mark the 10-inch cakes with 8 "V" markings
        Mark the 12-inch cake with 12 "V" markings
Please refer to marking a cake for scallops for additional details.

3)    Using pastry tip #16 pipe diagonal shell lines following the line impressions. For the 6-inch and the 12-inch cakes pipe a single diagonal shell line. For the two 8-inch cakes pipe a double diagonal shell line. For the two 10-inch cakes pipe a triple diagonal shell line. 

4)    Using pastry tip #21 pipe a shell design around all the cake surfaces.

5)    Using pastry tip pipe a top and bottom shell border on all the cakes.

6)    Using mauve icing pipe roses and rosebuds on the surface of all the cakes with pastry tip #125.

7)    Using light green icing pipe leaves around the roses with pastry tip #67.
