Before you start:
Using your favorite recipes bake, fill and assemble one 12-inch, one10-inch and one 6-inch cake.

1)    Using white frosting ice all the cakes.

2)   Assemble the wedding cake following the cake stand assembling instructions. Note: Place the cakes askew when stacking them.

3)    Using pastry tip #4 pipe dots of various sizes on the side of the 6-inch cake.

4)    Using pastry tip #4 pipe a cornelli lace on the side of the 10-inch cake.

5)    Using pastry tip #4 pipe hearts on the side of the 12-inch cake.

6)    Using pastry tip #4 pipe a top and bottom bead shell border on the 6-inch cake.

7)    Using pastry tip #4 pipe a bottom bead shell border on the 10-inch cake.

8)    Using pastry tip #4 pipe a top bead shell border on the 12-inch cake.

9)    Using pastry tip #10 pipe a bottom bead shell border on the 12-inch cake.
