Before you start:
Using your favorite recipes bake, fill and assemble one 10-inch and one 6-inch cake.

1)    Using fondant icing ice all the cakes.

2)    Assemble the wedding cake following the cake stand assembling instructions.

3)    Using pastry tip #8 pipe a bottom shell bead border on all the cakes with white frosting.

4)    Roll out a thin piece of fondant and cut a 7-inch by 4-inch rectangle. Gather into 3 folds, pinch both ends of the swag to create a drape. Pipe a bead of white frosting on the surface of the 6-inch cake to secure the drape. Place the drape on the cake. Repeat for the second drape to be placed on the 10-inch cake.

5)    Place fresh flowers or gum paste flowers on the cakes
