Everything you need to create beautiful cakes. Each style has been designed for fast and easy decorating while offering tasteful elegance.

Before you start:
Using your favorite recipes bake, fill and assemble a 12 inch and 8 inch cake.

12 inch Cake

  1. Take four of the included White Columns and attach them to a 10 inch tier plate. Please refer to the cake stand assembling instructions.
  2. Ice cake.
  3. Divide cake into 8 sections.
  4. Using the marks that you have previously made, pipe a leaf ruffled drape with a 67 pastry tip as shown in picture.
  5. Place Pearl Beads on top of leaf ruffle drape as shown in picture.
  6. Pipe a tear drop shell between each drape and a rosette on top of that using pastry tip 16.
  7. For bottom border, pipe a shell border with a  pt-3.
  8. Pipe a drape over shell border using pastry tip 16 as shown in picture.
  9. Pipe a large tear drop heart with two smaller ones on either side inside drape with a 2 pastry tip as shown in picture.
  10. Place Pearl Stems in center of cake. Then pipe 6 roses around Pearl Stems with a 124 pastry tip and leaves with a 67 pastry tip as shown in picture.
  11. Take the tier plate and columns that you used in step 1 and fix a swan with hole to each column. Push columns through to the bottom of the cake, using the holes that you have previously made.
  12. Pipe roses on either side of swans with a 124 pastry tip and leaves using a 67 pastry tip as shown in picture.

8 inch Cake

  1. Ice cake.
  2. Divide cake into 8 sections.
  3. Using the marks that you have previously made, pipe a leaf ruffle drape with a 67 pastry tip as shown in picture.
  4. Place Pearl Beads on top of leaf ruffle drape as shown in picture.
  5. For bottom border, pipe a shell border with a  pt-3b pastry tip.
  6. Pipe a drape over shell border using pastry tip 16 as shown in picture.
  7. Pipe a large tear drop heart below each drape and two small ones inside drape with a 2 pastry tip as shown in picture.
  8. For top border, pipe a shell border using pastry tip 16.
  9. On top edge, pipe roses with a 104 pastry tip and leaves with a 67 pastry tip between each drape as shown in picture.

Optional Instructions

  1. Place something below drape around side of cakes to give a different look.
