Cachaša Cocktail (Caipirinha)
2 tablespoons sugar
2 fresh limes, finely grated and squeezed
1 cup cachaša or white rum
1 cup crushed ice
In a small bowl, combine the sugar, grated lime peel and lime
juice. Let stand for 5 minutes. Add cachaša. Pour the cocktail
mixture into small glasses filled with ice. Serve 4.
