Apple Cinnamon Granola Bread
AMERICAN
- 1 c Apple juice unsweetened
- 2/3 c Applesauce unsweetened
- 2 tb Shortening
- 2 tb Honey
- 1 ts Salt
- 1 1/2 c Whole wheat flour
- 2 1/4 c Bread flour
- 1/2 c Granola
- 1 ts Cinnamon
- 1 1/2 ts Yeast
- 1/4 c Raisins
CANADIAN
- 1 c Apple juice unsweetened
- 2/3 c Applesauce unsweetened
- 2 tb Shortening
- 2 tb Honey
- 2 c White Flour
- 1/2 c Granola
- 1 ts Cinnamon
- 1 1/2 ts Yeast
- 1/4 c Raisins
Place all ingredient in pan except raisins.
Select sweet setting and regular or dark crust. Press start. Add
raisins at the add ingredient signal beeps. The difference
between American and Canadian recipe is that the Americain recipe
requires Bread Flour and the Canadian recipe you can use All
purpose flour or bread flour
