Pepperoni Pizza Bread
1 1/2 LB LOAF
- 1 c Plus 2 tb water
- 3 c Bread flour
- 1/3 c Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tb Sugar
- 1 1/2 ts Garlic salt
- 1 1/2 ts Dried oregano leaves
- 1 3/4 ts Yeast
- 2/3 c Sliced pepperoni
2 LB LOAF
- 1 1/3 c Water
- 4 c Bread flour
- 1/2 c Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tb Sugar
- 2 ts Dried oregano leaves
- 1 1/2 ts Yeast*
- 1 c Sliced pepperoni
Place all ingredients in bread machine except
pepperoni. Add pepperoni in when raisin/nut signal or 5 to 10
minutes before last kneading cycle ends Select basic/white bread
cycle and use medium or light crust. Yeast amount is correct
although proportionately less than the smaller loaf From New
