Grilled Turkey Burgers

Low-Carb with low-fat version

serves 4

1 lb Ground Turkey
Lipton Garlic Mushroom Seasoning
Lipton Golden Onion Seasoning
2 egg whites

Combine 1 lb of Ground Turkey with 1/2 packet Garlic Mushroom seasoning and 1/2 packet of Lipton Golden onion seasoning. Mix 2 egg whites in to the ground turkey. Blend all ingredients thoroughly. Patties may be frozen and cooked at a later time if desired.

Make into four separate patties. You can either grill these on the B-B-Q, Broil, or use a frying pan. If broiling heat oven and broil each side for 5 minutes. If using a frying pan, set heat to medium high and cook each side for 5-7 minutes and make sure the inside is not pink.

Use a low-carb bun or bread, and any desired condiments. (located in your local health food store.) 

To make your meal complete add a salad with fat-free shredded cheese, low-fat salad dressing or a side of vegetables.
