Ladyfingers
1 Pound Egg Whites (16) 
1 Pound Sugar 
1 Pound Egg Yolks (16) 
1 Pound Bread Flour 
 
Gradually add sugar to whites, and beat to a stiff peak. Beat yolks and fold into mixture. 
Sift flour and fold into mixture. Press into finger shapes with a plain tube on
paper-lined sheet pans. Dust with powdered sugar and bake immediately at 400 F..
