Title: Sothi (Malaysian)

      2 c  Thin coconut milk
      2 md Onions, sliced
      6    Curry leaves
      2    Fresh red or green chilies,
           Seeded
    1/2 t  Ground turmeric
  1 1/2 t  Salt
      2 T  Prawn powder
  1 1/2 c  Thick coconut milk
      2 T  Lemon juice
 
  Put thin coconut milk in saucepan with all other ingredients except
  thick coconut milk and lemon juice.  Bring to boil and simmer 15
  minutes.  Add thick coconut milk and heat gently, stirring to prevent
  curdling.  Remove from heat, add lemon juice and stir.  Serve as and
  accompaniment to boiled rice and a dry curry.
