 Spinach Dip
makes 4-5 cups
Excellent appetizer for a dinner party, pot luck, lunch meeting or Monday night football.  Once you try this dip, you won't be able to stop eating it. 
 
Spinach Dip 
makes 4-5 cups 
 
3 cups sour cream  
1 cup mayonnaise 
1 envelope (only one size) Knorr's leek soup mix (dry) 
1/2 cup chopped green onion 
1/2 cup parsley, fresh and minced 
1 tsp. Cavendar's Greek seasoning 
1 tsp. dill weed 
1 pkg.(10-12 oz.) spinach, frozen chopped thawed and squeezed dry 
 
Mix all ingredients together.  Chill in refrigerator before serving.  
Serve with: 
- raw vegetables 
- crackers 
- sourdough bread (cut up into little squares) This is my personal favorite.
