Turkey Meatballs 
1 1/4 pounds Ground Skinless Turkey Breast   
1/4 cup chopped onions  
1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano  
1/2 tsp. dried mint  
1/2 tsp. dried parsley  
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper  
1 clove minced garlic  
1 tsp. lemon juice  
1 Cup bread crumbs 
1/2 tsp. pepper 
1/2 tsp. salt 
1 Tbs. mustard 
1 egg 
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 
Combine all turkey meatball ingredients; mix well.  
 
Shape mixture into 10-14 large balls.  Line a large baking pan with tin foil.  Place meatballs on the foil. Bake meatballs for about 35-40 minutes on 375 degrees F and turn each meatball over at 20 minutes. 
 
This makes delicious meatballs and can be used in spaghetti, sandwiches, or just by themselves.
