Colored Icing:

White frosting to ice your entire cake

Blue for the shell borders

Cake Decorating Instructions & Assembly:

1. Bake and ice your favorite cake.
2. Pipe the borders using blue icing.
3. Place the rings on the cake.
4. Affix the package with the pens and the wafer images to the inside right corner of the dome. You can color the images as you desire and place them on the cake.
