Cake Decorating Tips:
Tip sdt-8 for piping the bead borders
Tip sdt-4 for piping the writing
Airbrush Colors:
You could simply use colored icing or draw onto the cake if you do not have an airbrush system.
Yellow, Orange, Red, Blue and Green for the cake surface, spraying alternating colored sections

Colored Icing:
White frosting to ice your entire cake
Blue for the top borders
Red for the bottom borders
Yellow for the writing
