Baked Stuffed Shrimp

makes 15

 This recipe is very simple and can be made by an amateur. Recipe was submitted by one of our daily subscribers.

15 large shrimp 
2 cups flavored bread crumbs 
8 Ritzs crackers, crushed
1 cup butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350.

In a medium bowl mix bread crumbs, crackers, and butter until firm.

With a knife split each shrimp down the middle but not all the way in half. Using the mixture place about 2 Tbs. in each split shrimp.

Bake shrimp for about 8 minutes on 350 degrees or until pink.

Also, you can broil the shrimp for about 1 minute and then stuff with the mixture. After baking ,dip stuffed shrimp into melted butter.
