4 road signs picks
2 Construction vehicles
1 Police officer (male)
2 medium green trees
1 Happy Birthday script

Airbrush Colors:

You could simply use colored icing or draw onto the cake if you do not have an airbrush system

Green for the grass

Brown for the roads and outlines

Colored Icing:

White frosting to ice your entire cake and for the top and bottom borders

Green for the grass and leaves

Cake Decorating Instructions & Assembly:

1. Bake and ice your favorite cake.
2. Outline the area for the roads with the brown color.
3. Airbrush the inside of the roads with the brown color.
4. Airbrush the outside of the roads in green.
5. Pipe the grass around the perimeter of the roads.
6. Pipe the shell borders with white frosting.
7. Pipe leaves between the shells on the bottom border.
8. Place decorations on the cake.
