1-1/2 cups flour
1 cup soy or rice milk
1/4 cup granulated fructose
2/3 cup canola oil
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1-1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Grease and flour a 10" cake pan.
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat just until blended.
- Pour into prepared pan and bake for 50-55 minutes.
- Let cool and serve.
