QUICK & EASY PAN CAKE 
serves 6

1 cup sour milk*
1 egg
1 tablespoon salad oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
˝ teaspoon salt

*To make sour milk - Make sour milk by adding lemon juice. Add juice and taste until sour.

Put all ingredients into blender. Cover and mix until well blended. Baked on a lightly greased griddle until nicely
browned.
