 Cheese Ball
 
This recipe was submitted by Rita Cozadd, a daily recipe subscriber. 
 
2 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese 
3-5 oz. dried beef, chopped fine 
1 bunch green onions, chopped fine 
1 onion, small and chopped fine 
1 tsp. "Accent" monosodium glutamate  
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 
 
Let cream cheese soften at room temperature.  Add all ingredients but dried beef.  Beat mixture until mixed.  Add dried beef.  Shape ball with spatula on a plate.  Serve with crackers or bread. Cheese balls also make excellent gifts.
