Cake Decorating: Mini Scooter Cake Decorating Instructions

You will need the following to decorate your own Mini Scooter Cake:

Decorations used:
2 mini scooters

Cake Decorating Tips:
Tip sut-233 for piping the grass
Tip sdt-18 for piping the tree trunk and the top part of the tree
Tip sdt-3 for piping the writing and the sun
Tip sdt-21 for piping the shell borders
Airbrush Colors:
You could simply use colored icing or draw onto the cake if you do not have an airbrush system.
Green for the bushes
Blue for the sky
Black for the sidewalk

Colored Icing:
White frosting to ice your entire cake
Green for the tree tops and the grass
Brown for the tree trunks
Yellow for the sun and the writing
Blue for the shell borders

Cake Decorating Instructions & Assembly:
  • Bake and ice your favorite cake.
  • Airbrush the sidewalk using a straight edge to create lines.
  • Airbrush the bushes in green.
  • Airbrush the sky in blue.
  • Pipe the tree trunks in brown icing.
  • Pipe the tree tops in green icing.
  • Pipe the sun and the writing using yellow icing .
  • Pipe the grass with green icing.
  • Pipe the borders with blue icing.
  • Place decorations on the cake.
