1 The Cat in the Hat figurine on a box , 1 Thing 1 and Thing 2 figurine

Cake Decorating Tips:
Tip sdt-9 for piping the frame outline
Tip sdt-21 for piping the shell borders

Airbrush Colors:
You could simply use colored icing or draw onto the cake if you do not have an airbrush system.
Blue to fill in the frame

Colored Icing:
White frosting to ice your entire cake
Blue to outline the frame
Red for the borders

Cake Decorating Instructions & Assembly:

Bake and ice your favorite cake.
Outline the frame with blue icing.
Airbrush the frame in blue.
Pipe the borders using red icing.
Place decorations on the cake.
