Strawberries Romanoff

Strawberries Romanoff Recipe:
  • 1 lbs. (500 gr.) Strawberries
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup (2 dl) red wine
  • 1 cup (2 dl) whipping cream

Wash, hull and slice strawberries. Mix with sugar and wine. Refrigerate for several hours. Pour over ice cream and decorate with whipping cream.
