Kitchen Hint
Here's an easy way to peel kiwifruit. Cut off the ends. Starting from one
of the cut ends, put a spoon just under the skin and turn the kiwifruit until the spoon
has gone around the circumference of the fruit. Repeat the process on the other end, and
the kiwifruit will "pop" out of its skin.Recipe from the Prevention's Health Guaranteed Cookbook |
