Building the Gingerbread house

Place the icing in a piping bag.

Pipe up the edges of one of the side pieces and stick the back of the house to the side.
Place on 1/4 sheet cake board.

Pipe up the edges of the other side piece and stick it to the back piece.
Now pipe up the front edges of the side and attach the front piece.

Let dry for about 15 minutes or until the walls are holding properly together.

Now pipe around the top edges and glue on the roof.
Let the house dry for an hour before piping on any additional decorations.
