Daisy Wedding Cake

Assemble the daisy decoration

Now with the hard work done the rest is fairly simple.

Using an icing bag, with a number 1 or 2 icing tube inside, pipe a small blob of royal icing and attach the daisies and the leaves around the bottom of each cake.

You don't need to add a leaf to each daisy just every other will be plenty.

For the top make a domed piece of paste and decorate with daisies and leaves.


Your cake is now ready to show!
