For the glitzy stars I used this twinkling reflective foil card from a Christmas decoration star.

I marked out the stars on the back using a cutter as a template.

and then cut them out using a pair of scissors.

Add a piece of silver florist wire to the back of the stars.....

and then curl some lengths of silver curling ribbon.
