Let's attach the sugar blowing pump

Heat the metal part of the pump. (if applicable)

Now insert the metal part into the hole of the sugar ball and press the sugar around it firmly and evenly.
Let's start pumping air into the sugar.

Start pumping very slowly....

While pumping air, pull the opposite side and start expanding the sugar to shape the swan’s neck.

Continue blowing the sugar while shaping the swan
